Welcome to QDP Motors. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our services, including the Defender Customization Reservation and e-commerce policies. By purchasing
our products or services, you agree to comply with these terms.

Defender Customization Reservation

1. Defender Customization Reservation
 

1.1. Reservation Dream Pass Purchase
By purchasing a Defender Dream Pass, you are securing the opportunity to customize either a Land Rover Defender 90 or 110. The reservation fee will be deducted from the final price of the vehicle.
 

1.2. Customization Process
After purchasing your Defender Dream pass, you will be guided by our team of expert consultants to configure your vehicle. This includes selecting premium features, finishes, and accessories to personalize your Land Rover Defender.
 

1.3. Availability and Limited Tickets
The reservation plan is limited to only 12 tickets. per year. Customization projects will be handled in the order of pass purchase, with priority given based on the date and time the reservation was made.
 

1.4. Projects Commencement Date
The project commencement date shall be selected by the customer from the available months listed in our working calendar. 
 

1.5. Customization Standards
QDP Motors is dedicated to providing high-quality customization services. Your Defender will be refurbished to our highest standards, ensuring superior craftsmanship and attention to detail. Standards Details will be shown in the final quote for the client to approve.
 

1.6. Non-Refundable Defender Dream Pass
All reservation Passes are non-refundable. Once purchased, your spot in the customization queue is secured but does not guarantee an immediate start to the project.

1.7. Production Timeline
The production timeline will be provided once the customization details are finalized. While we will make every effort to adhere to the agreed-upon approval of the final quote, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
 

1.8. Additional Costs
Any additional costs for customizations beyond the final quote will be communicated and must be approved by you before the customization process begins.

1.10. Payment Terms
Payment for the customization process will be divided as follows:
 

  • 70% Upfront: This payment is due upon aproval of the final quote and secures the start of the process including the purchase of the vehice base.
     

  • 30% upon Delivery: The final payment is required when the vehicle is ready for delivery and the final inspection is conducted
    via video call or on site.

1.11. Delivery Terms - Incoterms
The delivery of the customized vehicle will follow the Incoterms EXW (Ex Works) terms. This means that QDP Motors' responsibility ends when the vehicle is made available for pick-up at QDP Motors' premises. The client will be responsible for all costs and risks from that point onward, including transportation, insurance, export duties, and any import costs, duties, and other expenses related to the vehicle’s entry into their country. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all requirements for export, import, and delivery are met in their country of residence.
QDP Motors will assist you with any issues that arise during this process.

2. QDP  motors online store returns and exchanges terms

 

2.1. Product Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges only if the item has a manufacturing defect. Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
 

  • Condition of Returned Products: All returned items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they were shipped. Products must be unused and undamaged.
     

2.2. Return and Exchange Process

If you believe your product has a defect or was damaged during shipping, you may return it or request an exchange within 14 days of receiving it. To qualify for a return or exchange:
 

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase.

  • The product must be in the same condition as it was when delivered.
     

We reserve the right to inspect the returned product and may decline a refund if the product is found to be in unsatisfactory condition.
 

2.3. Refunds

If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
 

2.4. Exchanges

If a product is defective, we will exchange it for the same item (subject to availability). If the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund.

3.1. Intellectual Property

All content on the QDP Motors website, including text, images, and design elements, is the intellectual property of QDP Motors and may not be reproduced without permission.
 

3.2. Limitation of Liability

QDP Motors is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our website or services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant product or service.
 

3.3. Changes to Terms and Conditions

QDP Motors reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. By continuing to use our services, you agree to be bound by the updated terms. By using our website and purchasing our products or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
